Asia Water has proven capabilities in offering a full package of solutions in water purification and wastewater treatment projects, from design, procurement, engineering, installation to management of complex water purification, water treatment and automated control systems.

Strong technological capabilities
Asia Water stands out with its strong in-house R&D capabilities and proprietary technologies. It is one of the only two water treatment companies in China to have obtained a research grant from the Ministry of Science & Technology's National High-Technology R&D Program in May 2006.

Scalable capabilities
Asia Water's core competence established in the power sector is highly transferable, since power plants have higher requirements for water purity. This has enabled the Group to move smoothly into the wastewater and portable water treatment industry with future opportunities possible in the lucrative saltwater desalination industry.

Established track record in the Power Industry
Asia Water is one of the largest contractors of water treatment systems for power plants in the PRC and is a certified preferred supplier for large-scale power plants with capacity of 200 MW, 300 MW and 600 MW. In October 2004, Asia Water was awarded a contract to provide condensate water treatment system services for Huaneng Yuhuan 4 X 1,000 MW Power Plant Project, which was the power plant with the largest capacity at that time. It is also one of only three licensed companies to provide water purification and treatment systems for Nuclear Power Plants in the PRC.
