Addyson Xue
Non-Executive Chairman
Addyson Xue is our Non-Executive Chairman and was appointed to our Board on 26 November 2002. Mr. Xue has approximately 30 years of experience in the power industry in the PRC. From 1976 to 1982, Mr. Xue was employed in Beian Electrical Industry Power Bureau, PRC. In 1986, he joined Harbin No. 3 Power Plant as its Deputy General Manager. From 1993 to 1995, he was appointed as the Chairman/President of Heilongjiang Electric Power Share Holding Co. and the Heilongjiang Long Dian Group. In 1996, he was appointed as Chairman/President of Huafu Power Investment Co Ltd and Heilongjiang Electrical Enterprise Group Ltd and as Director of Heilongjiang Electric Power Corporation Ltd. From 1997 to 1998, he was the Chairman/President of Tianhe Taifu Electrical Investment & Development Co., Ltd. In 1998, Mr. Xue initiated and set up Asia Power Investments Pte Ltd and been appointed as Executive Officer. He is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Asia Power Corporation Limited. In 2000, he was appointed as Director of Vastland Investments Pte Ltd. Mr. Xue obtained a Post Graduate Education Certificate (Economic Management) from the Academy of Social Science, Heilongjiang in 1993.
Huang Hanguang
Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer
Huang Hanguang is our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director and was appointed to our Board on 24 February 2003. He is also the Managing Director of Wuhan Kaidi Water Services Co., Ltd and is responsible for overseeing all aspects, including operations, finance and human resource of our Group. Mr. Huang has over 20 years of experience in the water treatment industry. From 1984 to 1989, Mr. Huang was employed in the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power of the People's Republic of China as a specialist engineer in chemistry and environmental protection. He subsequently joined the China Electricity Council as a specialist engineer in chemistry and environmental protection from 1990 to 1992. In 1992, Mr. Huang joined Wuhan Electric as Vice-Chairman. He stepped down from this position in October 2004. For the period between 1993 and 2002, Mr. Huang was also appointed as Director or General Manager in several other companies in the power generation industry. He was appointed as the Managing Director of Wuhan Kaidi Water Services Co., Ltd in 2003. Mr. Huang graduated from Wuhan University with a Bachelor's degree in power plant chemistry engineering in 1984.
Wang Yaoyu
Executive Director
Wang Yaoyu is one of our Executive Directors and was appointed to our Board on 1 September 2004. Currently, he is also the Deputy Managing Director of Wuhan Kaidi Water Services Co., Ltd and is, responsible for over-seeing the operations of our Group. Mr. Wang has over 20 years of experience in the power generation industry. From 1982 to 1998, Mr. Wang was employed in the Anqing Thermoelectric Plant where his last-held position was that of Assistant Factory Director. In 1998, Mr. Wang was appointed as the Deputy Director of the engineering department of the Anqing Petrochemical Plant. Mr. Wang joined Wuhan Kaidi Water Services Co., Ltd. as its General Manager in 2003. Mr. Wang graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a degree in power plant and electric power system in 1982.
Wang Peigang
Executive Director
Wang Peigang is one of our Executive Directors and was appointed to the Board on 1 May 2007. He is responsible for overseeing the Group's operations as well as formulating future expansion plans. Mr Wang has over 20 years of experience in the power generation industry in the PRC. Prior to joining the Group in 2005, Mr Wang held senior management positions with various state companies, including Xuancheng National Electric Co., Ltd and Tianjin Jinnen National Electric Co., Ltd. Mr Wang holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of People's Republic of China and graduated with a degree in Electric Power System and Automation from the University of Wuhan.
Ng Fook Ai, Victor
Independent Director
Victor Ng, our Independent Director, is the Executive Chairman of London Asia Group, a merchant banking and fund management group focused on clean technology and socially-responsible investments. He is concurrently the Executive Director of AIM-listed, London Asia Chinese Private Equity Fund Limited. Victor was until recently, also the Group Executive Director of AIM-listed, London Asia Capital plc. A former Principal with KPMG Singapore, Victor sits on the Board of several China/ Asia-Pacific-focused Energy companies including: i) Devotion Energy Group Ltd (SGX-listed), Chairman, ii) Asia Power Corp Ltd, (SGX listed), iii) Asia Clean Energy Pte Ltd, iv) China New Energy Ltd, v) China Solar Energy Ltd, vi) World Water Pte Ltd and vii) China New Energy plc.

Victor holds B.Sc(Econs) (Hons) and M.Sc(Econs) (London University), where he was awarded the University's Convocation Book Prize (First) and the Lord Hailsham Scholarship. He was also awarded the PBM (Community Services) for his social contributions by the President of the Republic of Singapore. Victor also sponsored The Victor Ng Fund, a bursary scheme for graduate students at Birkbeck College, University of London. Victor is currently a Visiting Professor (Energy Economics), China Academy of Sciences, New Energy Institute (Guangzhou), People's Republic of China. He initiated, launched and now serves as the President of the Singapore Chapter of the US-based, International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE). Past Honorary Appointments include Resource Person with Singapore Parliamentary Committee (Defence & Foreign Affairs), Singapore Parliamentary Committee (National Development), Council Member and Singapore Transport Council.

Tan Tew Han
Independent Director
Tan Tew Han is one of our Independent Directors and was appointed to our Board on 24 January 2005. Mr. Tan started his banking career 25 years ago and has since held a number of senior posts in various foreign banks. Before his career in the banking industry, he was with the Administrative Service of the Singapore Civil Service. He joined the Overseas Union Bank ("OUB") in 1987 and was seconded to International Bank of Singapore Limited (a then wholly-owned subsidiary of OUB) as Head of Corporate Banking and the Overseas Department. He was subsequently appointed as Senior Vice President of Investment Banking and Corporate Finance Division in 1992. In 1999, Mr. Tan was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, in charge of overseeing Fund Management, Corporate Finance/Syndications and Trustee & Custodian Services. Mr. Tan retired from OUB in 2001. Mr. Tan obtained his Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from University of Singapore in 1971 and his Master of Business Administration degree from University of British Columbia, Canada in 1979.
Simon Littlewood
Independent Director
Simon Littlewood is one of our Independent Directors and was appointed to the board in January 2007. He has more than 18 years of experience working on quoted company transactions and fund raisings in the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, the Middle East and South East Asia. After qualifying as a Chartered Account with Coopers & Lybrand London (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in 1993, Mr. Littlewood joined the HSBC Group in London, working on structured and corporate finance transactions. Following a brief spell with BDO Stoy Hayward's Corporate Finance team, he set up the London Asia Group, a merchant banking business. He is currently a Director of UK AIM listed London Asia Chinese Private Equity Fund, a significant shareholder in Asia Water Technology. He is also a Director of several businesses listed on the UK's PLUS Stock Market. Mr. Littlewood graduated from Oxford University with a Master of Arts in Jurisprudence.
