Notice Of Books Closure And Dividend Payment Dates

Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Registers of Members and Warrantholders of Asia Water Technology Ltd. (the "Company") will be closed on 17 July 2008 for the preparation of dividend warrants.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 3 Church Street #08-01, Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 up to 5.00 p.m. on 16 July 2008 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the said dividend.

Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 16 July 2008 will be entitled to the said dividend. All warrantholders who exercise their conversion rights (provided they are entitled to do so by 5.00 p.m. on 16 July 2008) will be registered before entitlements to the proposed dividends are determined.

The dividend, approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 23 April 2008, will be paid on 28 July 2008.
